Play Marin Snow Day: A Campaign for Winter Access & Opportunity

IMG_4260_edited_edited.jpg

Introduction & Mission (The Why)

For over 40 youth in the Play Marin community, financial constraints and lack of local resources make winter sports activities like skiing, snowboarding, and tubing virtually inaccessible. Our annual Snow Day is a vital equity initiative focused on providing our participants with diverse, character-building experiences and leveling the playing field.

Your support ensures this life-changing trip remains a reality.

The Impact: Where Your Donation Goes

Every contribution directly tackles financial barriers and provides comprehensive support for a child, covering:

  • Transportation

  • Safe bus travel to and from Marin City to Boreal Mountain Resort.

  • Rental costs for necessary warm clothing, skis, snowboards, and helmets.

  • Access to professional instruction, tubing, and full-day lift tickets.

By investing in the Snow Day, you are directly funding confidence, skill development, and exposing youth to opportunities they would otherwise miss.

Invitation: Join Us on December 22nd!

We invite our entire community to play with us!
